System for supporting and automating the process of non-invasive DNA screening

Software for automation of the non-invasive screening process based in our medical center. We have developed and implemented a system to support the medical process at all stages from the appointment and the receipt of biomaterial to the laboratory routine, data processing and medical report.

The software is fully integrated with in-center medical and laboratory systems, and inculdes: patient management system, NGS intergration, Ion Torrent Suite integration.
