Assessment of the role of microRNA in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of endometriosis

The problem of endometriosis is one of the most intractable in modern obstetrics and gynecology. To clarify the pathogenesis, as well as search for possible markers or therapeutic targets, a study of the microRNA spectrum in tissue and blood samples is carried out.

We analyze the differential expression of microRNAs, search for potential targets and cellular pathways that are regulated by microRNAs and may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
