Dynamic model of microbiota structure using graph theory methods
Building a dynamic model of microbiome structure is one of the key unsolved problems in obstetrics and gynecology such as premature birth, premature discharge of amniotic fluid, bacterial vaginitis/vaginosis and a number of other diseases.
A system for data collection, storage and analysis has been developed to address this complex problem. The developed software is implemented in a number of departments of the Center and allows monitoring of microbiocenosis in real time.
Results were obtained using:
- Python
- Django framework
